Since 1974, Wendy Mayers Penneys, the founder of RDM Designer Outlet & Design Studio, has been creating one-of-a-kind, high-fashion garments.

She received her B.A. from Moore College of Art and Design in Philadelphia and her M.A. from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Wendy Mayers Penneys worked as a freelance designer for companies like Adolfo™ and Joan & David™. In 1994, she decided to form her own design company, Rowland Design Management Inc., or RDM.

Wendy has been featured in numerous publications for her women's fashion clothing and her success within the industry. Her greatest recognition, however, comes when a client appreciates the value of her customized designs enough to return to the designer studio to purchase yet another custom piece. She loves to take the fairytale in your head and turn it into the customized gown of your dreams.
